Implants vs. partial dentures - Dental crowns and bridges - Discussion

Implants vs. partial dentures

Jutta Wilson sent at Feb-19-2007 19:15:

I just had two molars removed on the upper right side in my mouth. The tooth that a possible partial denture needs to be hooked on is also the last part of a bridge and the U.S. dentist is recommending implants. I am 50 years old, nobody can see these implants. The dentist is saying that a partial would not last long - how long does it have to last given my age? Any ideas to make this really chep for me? Thanks.

Healthy teeth are not only a cosmetic desire, but one for your whole body's well-being too. If your teeth are damaged and unsightly, you may want to consider having ceramic crowns or bridges for a new and natural look.
