Hi,
I have had dentures for 40 years. I have no gums left. I look like I have no teeth. My gums often hurt. What kind of surgery should I have for this problem.

Recently I noticed that my gum's are shrinking down and having a bigger gap between the teeth. Feeling very sensitive when I drink or eat. I would like to know what causing this gum problem. What should I do to prevent this from getting worse?
