Plastic/composite fixed restorations

Plastic and composite restorations have lower rigidity and therefore they are used for crowns on front teeth. Their aesthetic qualities are not perfect. There is only a limited colour scale and in 2 or 3 years the color may become unstable and gloss may disappear. Lower price is the advantage.
