• Apr 1994 - Dec 1995 Department of Oral and Max.fac. Surg., School of Dentistry of the University of Zürich, Switzerland: Completed doctoral thesis and research study under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dr. H.F. SAILER. Thesis: "Guided Bone Regeneration around implants with a biodegradable barrier (BIOFIX®-membrane) and BMP (bone morphogenetic protein)".
