1984 - 1987 Attended the German High School in Istanbul; graduated with Honours Standing.

1987 - 1993 Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Hacettepe, Ankara, Turkey: Graduated after completing 3 years of studies and 2 years of internship.

1994 (Jan - Mar) School of Dentistry, Karl-Franzens University of Graz, Austria: Post-graduate certificate study in Oral Surgery and Implantology under the supervision of Prof.Dr.Dr. A. Eskici.

Apr 1994 - Dec 1995 Department of Oral and Max.fac. Surg., School of Dentistry of the University of Zürich, Switzerland: Completed doctoral thesis and research study under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Dr. H.F. SAILER. Thesis: "Guided Bone Regeneration around implants with a biodegradable barrier (BIOFIX®-membrane) and BMP (bone morphogenetic protein)".

May 1996 - Nov 1997 "Department of removable prosthodontics, School of Dentistry of the Istanbul University, Turkey".

Nov 1997 - Mar 1999 GATA Haydarpasa Military Hospital, DENTAL CLINIC (military service).

Currently "Department of removable prosthodontics, School of Dentistry of the Istanbul University, Turkey". Completed second doctoral thesis and research study under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tayfun BILGIN. Thesis: "The effect of mucine, IgA, urea and lysozyme on the corrosion behaviour of titanium, amalgam, CrCo and CrNi alloys in artificial saliva".

"Dr.med.dent." degree since May 1996.

Second doctoral thesis in Prosthodontics.

Several research papers.

Accomplished more than 6000 minor oral surgical interventions.

Experienced in implantology and prothodontics as well as oral surgery.

Member of the "Academy of Prosthodontics and Gnathology Society" and "ITI - International Team for Implantology”.

Fellow of ICOI - International Congress of Oral Implantology and Master of IPS - Implant Prosthodontics Section.
