A PermaLip implant is pulled through a tunnel into the lip and then it is inserted in the middle of the lip. The whole process is repeated on the lower lip and the cuts are closed with an absorbable suture. The procedure is performed under local anesthesia and it takes approximately 30 minutes. The price of one lip enhancement with one implant is 14.000CZK, both lips enhancement with two implants during one surgery cost 25.000CZK.
