Surgical sperm retrieval MESA, TESE

In men with azoospermia it is possible to get sperm through surgical method. The fluid containing immature sperm from epididymis is taken by the microscopic incision of the canals – MESA. The second possibility is to take the tissue of testicles, from which sperm is extracted under the microscope – TESE
