Implantation of phakic lensThe procedure is suitable for patients with large damage or thin cornea and therefore they cannot undergo laser photoablation. Phakic lens is an artificial lens, which is inserted into the eye while the natural lens remains. The combination ensures to patients modification of desired dioptres and at the same time accommodation of natural human lens.
