Glaucoma treatment

Glaucoma – raised pressure of fluid inside the eye can be treated conservatively with the help of medicaments that lower intraocular pressure. When the treatment is not successful or when the disease is in advanced stage a surgery is necessary- trabeculoplasty. It is performed under microscope and it enables filtration of intraocular fluid.
