Treatment of strabismus

In small children the treatment is especially conservative. In adults and adolescents it is possible to treat strabismus even with surgical method. The actual procedure is performed on medial and lateral orbital muscles. At present the most modern is a technique of adjustable stitches, which enables post-surgical tightening or loosening of current eye position.
