Conservative Treatment of InjuriesConservative Treatment of Injuries
Not every fracture needs to be operated. Most of the uncomplicated closed fractures may be treated by plaster cast fixation after X-ray diagnosis. Synthetic bandage fixation and common elastic bandages may be used for sprains, contusions or injuries in soft parts of a joint. Orthosis is a modern solution for post-traumatic conditions.
