Knee – Anterior cruciate ligament surgery

Early suture of torn cruciate ligament has no crucial effect on the stability of knee. Therefore augmentation by graft of the patellar ligament or a tendon of semitendinosus muscle is recommended. Surgery of cruciate ligaments is performed according to the transplant only arthroscopically or with the help of smaller classic surgery.
