Painful cracking finger, painful when bending the ligament of finger flexor, palpable swelling of the ligament. All this can bother you. A surgery is often the only solution. A longitudinal cut of tendon sheath and attachments is made with the removal of small part of the sheath in the swollen place. The free movement of the tendon is resumed.
